New Route- Rome!

Mistral Air launches a new service from Rome Fiumicino to the City of Bydgoszcz with fares starting from as low as €42 (PLN185)

On April 28, 2016 Mistral Air  announced the launch of a new service from its base airport in Rome, Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Rome to the Port Lotniczy Bydgoszcz Airport.  To celebrate Mistral Air’s new service, the airline is offering one-way fares on the new route for as low as €42 (PLN185)

Mistral Air is very excited to launch this new route to the Kujawsko- Pomorskie region said Mark Camilleri, Mistral Air’s Chief Commercial Officer. We believe this route will be a great success because we feel that the Bydgoszcz area and the neighbouring city of Torun has a potential outbound market to Rome, the capital city of Italy.  The local market needs a direct southbound leisure route and Rome offers a perfect destination especially in the summer season.  The Eternal City is a paradise for tourists, offering History, Culture, world famous Italian Cuisine, Fashion, beautiful weather and lovely beaches and lakes just 30 minutes outside the centre of Rome.  Additionally Leonardo Da Vinci Airport provides an extensive network of connections to other Italian cities, Europe and the World.

Mistral Air specializes in the pilgrim market operating regular flights to Mostar (Medjugorie) in Bosnia Herzegovina, Pau (Lourdes) in France, Tel Aviv (Jerusalem) and Lisbon (Fatima).  This year Rome and the Vatican City are attracting millions of visitors after Pope Francis declared 2016 as The Holy Year of Mercy.

Additionally Mistral Air will market this route for the Roman outbound market, offering a direct service to western Poland, opening up new unexplored destinations of Bydgoszcz and Torun.
