More Lufthansa flights

Lufthansa has decided to increase the number of flights from Bydgoszcz to Frankfurt to 7 flights a week. More flights on this route will be available to passengers as of 29 October, the beginning of the winter season.

For further additional days of operation to Frankfurt we have been striving for a long time, – says Tomasz Moraczewski, President of the Board of Bydgoszcz Airport. – The result is the sixth and seventh day of the operation, both announced in the current year. A new day in the schedule – Saturday – available from the winter season, it’s great news for entrepreneurs to facilitate their contacts and expansion into other markets. It is also excellent information for those residents of Kujawsko-Pomorskie who fly for tourist purposes. The fact that such an experienced carrier as Lufthansa  increased its flights offer to Frankfurt second time this year to confirms not only the rapid development, but also the enormous potential of this direction. -He adds.

Saturday flights from Frankfurt are scheduled at 12:40 and arrival to Bydgoszcz at 14:10. To Germany, the plane will start at 14:50 and will reach Frankfurt at 16:20. Flights will be operated by Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft with business and economy class seats.

Lufthansa is present in the Bydgoszcz Airport schedule since March 2015, initially offering 4 flights per week to the residents of the region. By the end of the year the frequency had increased to 5 flights per week. This year, the number of flights on the route to the HUB was increased in March this year to 6 per weeks. In May the carrier decided to keep offering for the winter season.
