Lufthansa announced an increase in the number of connections on the route Frankfurt – Bydgoszcz to 6 per week. From March 30. 2017 passengers will have access to additional flights on Thursday

In the summer 2017 flights schedule Lufthansa will offer additional flight from Frankfurt to Bydgoszcz Airport increasing the number of rotations from this city to 6 per week. Hours of operation will also change. The plane Bombardier CRJ-900 will depart from Frankfurt at 12:30. Landing in Bydgoszcz is scheduled for 14:05. Flight to Frankfurt will depart at 14:45. The aircraft will reach destination at 16:15. The new flight hours will allow more efficient use of transfer possibilities at airport in Frankfurt.

“We are proud to further strengthen our position in Bydgoszcz Airport. In the first ten months of 2016 years we recorded a 50% increase in the number of passengers on this route. Lufthansa continues to increase its share among traditional carriers in the regions, which currently stands at 63% (the period from May to October 2016). This means that our services are highly appreciated by passengers also from the Kujawsko-Pomorskie. Poland is an important market for Lufthansa and one of the few European countries in which the offering is constantly increasing“- said Frank Wagner, Country Manager Lufthansa Group Poland.

New operational day is a response to the growing needs of business and tourist in region.
