Subject line:
Exporter’s name
Expected number of pieces and total weight (kg)
If available, the airline booking reference and AWB number

Email content:
Please provide as much information about the shipment as possible, including:

Full name of the driver delivering the cargo and vehicle registration number
Estimated delivery date and time to BZG and planned departure date from BZG
Destination
Type of goods and packaging details
Shipment dimensions

If the airline booking reference or AWB number is not available at the time of notification, please update the email subject line with this information as soon as it is received from the airline or GSA agent.
