Code share – LOT Polish Airlines

Travel from Bydgoszcz around the world on one ticket!

From 6th of August 2014 Bydgoszcz Airport was included in the code-share agreement between LOT and Eurolot. For passengers this means the ability to use a wide network of connections of the national carrier on “one ticket” and more comfortable travel. LOT Polish Airlines and Eurolot signed a cooperation agreement on the principles of code-share in mid-July 2014.

Passengers also gain the possibility to fly from Bydgoszcz to the largest cities in the world from a flight connections of PLL LOT: among others, New York, Chicago, Beijing, Toronto and Moscow.

Entrepreneurs will be able to take one day business meetings in London, Brussels and Paris, and  return to Bydgoszcz in the evening. For example, a combination of Bydgoszcz through Warsaw to Paris is the departure of 5.45 from Bydgoszcz, arrival to Paris at 10.05, return flight at 19.30 and 22.40 from Warsaw to Bydgoszcz.

In practice, the passenger will have a lot more opportunities for purchasing airline tickets: through the website lot.com, call centers and sales offices, as well as Global reservation systems (GDS). Tickets can also continue to buy through the site eurolot.com, which is particularly economical for passengers flying “point to point”.

Passengers will be able to check-in luggage to the destination port and from the departure airport to Bydgoszcz with the network Star Alliance and others, which will reduce the transfer through Warsaw. Importantly, the traveler has a guarantee of the transfer, and the disruption of the cruise provide an alternative flight with all the rights of the passenger (hotel, free rebooking). Bydgoszcz will be visible in the global reservation systems, which further affect the promotion of the region and ensure easier to plan a trip to all who wish to visit the region.
