To ensure smooth and efficient cargo handling, we kindly ask that your request includes the following information:
- Email subject line:
- Exporter’s name
- Estimated number of pieces and total weight (kg)
- If you already have an airline booking, please also include the AWB number
- Please provide as much information about the shipment as available, including:
- Driver’s full name and vehicle registration number
- Estimated delivery date to BZG and planned departure from BZG
- Destination
- Expected type of cargo and packaging
- Shipment dimensions
If you did not have a booking or AWB number at the time of shipment notification, please add this information to the email subject line immediately after receiving it from the airline or the GSA agent.
