Leaving the airplane

Passengers must remain seated with their seatbelt fastened until the aircraft has come to a complete stop and the seatbelt sign has been turned off. 

If, having landed, the aircraft docked away from the terminal building, the passengers are transported to the baggage reclaim hall by bus.

If, having landed, the aircraft docked at the terminal building, the passengers go to the baggage reclaim hall on foot.

Coming from the Schengen Area, you do not need to show your ID. As for the non-Schengen Area, you must produce your passport or ID.

Having reclaimed your luggage, please proceed to a selected exit marked as follows:

  • ‘NOTHING TO DECLARE’ (green corridor), if the passenger does not bring any goods exceeding the customs allowances for passengers.
  • ‘GOODS TO DECLARE’ (red corridor), if the passenger brings any goods exceeding the customs allowances.
